So, this week we didn’t actually finish out the Whole 30. This post has been sitting as a blank draft for a pretty long time. At this point, I don’t exactly remember why we didn’t finish, or what all we ate. But I do know from an old menu plan that it involved:
- This Pad Thai Salad.
- Roasted chicken legs and roasted sweet potatoes
- Italian Beef Soup (this made a lot, had at least one repeat appearance, and was mmmm tasty.)
- A basic pot roast in the slow cooker
- A couple of salads
