I’ve quickly come to realize that Friday Fun Days needs a renaming. Because events this week have left me to realize that sometimes the more sober things need to be addressed too. It isn’t always fun, but it’s needful. Like the passing of a Christian giant. Or the seemingly on-going injustices both at home and around the world. Tragedy strikes, and we want encouragement just as much as we want distraction for a moment. So I’ve changed up the name, and hope that you don’t mind too much. And I hope that you enjoy this week’s installment.
The Life Changing Magic of Not Tidying Up
Everyone has been going on about this Marie Kondo book. I’ve tried to read it, and didn’t make it through. And apparently I’m not the only one who found the book a bit…lacking? It just isn’t my style of organizing, and I’m glad for it. So is Laura Vanderkam, apparently.
This was just too cute.
So this guy is little enthusiastic – but #3 & #4 are spot on for me as a fellow introvert. (Sorry all you extroverts – I’ll try to find you something for next week!)
Considering learning a new skill this weekend? How about crochet? I even found a tutorial for lefties!
